This study aims to analyze the impact of loading and unloading activities, accuracy of distribution,
productivity of loading and unloading equipment and logistics costs. This research method uses a
quantitative descriptive approach. The quantitative method used was to collect data by distributing
research questionnaires to service employees at the XYZ logistics company. Respondents obtained
in this study were 65 respondents. The data obtained by the researchers were then analyzed using
Partial Least Square (PLS) Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), and processed using the Smart
PLS software. The results of this study stated that the direct effect test resulted in an accepted
research hypothesis. Whereas in the indirect effect hypothesis test, there is one hypothesis that is
accepted, namely in the hypothesis test the effect of loading and unloading activities on the
productivity of equipment through the accuracy of the distribution of loads.
