Analisis Akuntabilitas dan Transparansi Sistem Elektronik Pengadaan Barang dan Jasa Pemerintah di LKPP

 Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of transparency and accountability in the process of procurement of goods/services electronically as well as the inhibiting factors for implementing accountability of goods/services electronically. This study uses the E-Procurement method, implementing the principle of procurement of goods/services, the government will find it easier, especially transparency and accountability that are directly related to information systems and technology. The results obtained in this study are that the procurement process for goods/services is in accordance with existing regulations and the technical team as end users already feel that the electronic procurement process is transparent. on the LPSE LKPP website. The clinical impact of this research is the government that allows for vulnerability in the form of corruption. Therefore, the government obliges every Ministry/Institution/Regional Work Unit/Institution to carry out procurement activities of government goods/services electronically, which is then referred to as e-procurement.

Dampak Kegiatan Bongkar Muat, Ketepatan Distribusi dan Produktivitas Peralatan Bongkar Muat General Cargo dalam Meminimalisasi Biaya Logistik pada PT XYZ

Abstract 

This study aims to analyze the impact of loading and unloading activities, accuracy of distribution, productivity of loading and unloading equipment and logistics costs. This research method uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The quantitative method used was to collect data by distributing research questionnaires to service employees at the XYZ logistics company. Respondents obtained in this study were 65 respondents. The data obtained by the researchers were then analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), and processed using the Smart PLS software. The results of this study stated that the direct effect test resulted in an accepted research hypothesis. Whereas in the indirect effect hypothesis test, there is one hypothesis that is accepted, namely in the hypothesis test the effect of loading and unloading activities on the productivity of equipment through the accuracy of the distribution of loads.

Analisis Kinerja Ruas Jalan Raya Puncak (Taman Safari–Gunung Mas) Kecamatan Cisarua, Kabupaten Bogor Dengan Menggunakan Software PTV Vissim

Abstract

The increasing number of Jabodetabek residents who drive to the peak area of Bogor Regency makes the Puncak highway more crowded and congested plus the width of the road does not increase and road side disturbances are experiencing The problem faced in this study is how the peak road performance on weekdays and holidays and efforts to improve road service performance on holidays. In this study, the method that will be used is traffic microsimulation using PTV Vissim software to model according to what is happening in the field. Based on the results of the PTV Vissim simulation with the guidance of the Indonesian Road Capacity Manual (MKJI 1997), the peak road service level on holidays is in bad condition with a V/C Ratio of 0.98. The use of road capacity is less than optimal, due to various side disturbances. By making road repairs through widening from 7 meters to 12 meters, and reducing various side obstacles, it will be able to produce road services from F to C or from the average speed of 2775 smp/hour and do something when the capacity value becomes 5167 smp/hour.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the correlation between material procurement and project budget, the influence of project budget on punctuality, the influence of project budget on performance, the influence of material procurement on timeliness, the influence of material procurement on performance and the effect of punctuality on performance on the implementation of the toll road construction project. This research method is a method of path analysis research. The results of this study concluded that the Budget for performance control, success compensation and work benchmarks that have good value, then affect the timeliness and performance of the project. Procurement of materials that have good speed, capability, and reliability, affects the timeliness and performance of projects on the ground. Timeliness on the budget and project material affects the performance on the ground in the process of toll road construction activities. If budget value, material procurement and punctuality have good value to project performance, then project performance has quality, quantity and efficiency in project execution.

Analisis Peramalan Permintaan Dan Perencanaan Bahan Baku Untuk Pengemasan Minyak Goreng

 Abstract

One of the manufacturing companies engaged in agribusiness, one of which is processing cooking oil, often occurs damage to goods due to excess stock of goods and increases expenses for storage costs. Before carrying out the production process, the company must forecast demand to find out how much the estimated raw material needs will be used as inventory control so that there is no excess or shortage of stock that will harm the company. The purpose of this study is to predict the amount of cooking oil demand in the next 12 periods, plan the lot size of raw materials with the lowest cost and determine the right time to order raw material supplies. The method used in forecasting is Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) and lot size planning with Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) FOQ and POQ techniques. ARIMA forecasting results with a MAPE value of 33% and the lowest cost technique chosen by POQ
